Swim, Relax & Golf right out the door of this Spacious Pool Home sitting directly on the 6th Fairway of the Whiskey Creek Country Club executive golf course (public welcome). The quiet setting, a spacious views from the pool deck add to the get away from it all feeling.

Over 2100 sq. Feet of Bright & Open living Space! 2 Separate Living Areas, 2 Separate Dining Locations, (3 Including the Poolside Table), 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths (1 en-suite), Well Appointed Kitchen, 2 Car Garage, and Laundry Room with Full Size Washer/Dryer.

Upgraded High Speed Internet (WiFi) Makes Working Remotely a Breeze. Cable/Streaming HDTV’s (2) keep you up to date on your favorite shows, movies, news, & sports. Speaking of sports - swim laps in the oversized pool, walk or bike through the peaceful neighborhood, and of course - golf on the executive course out back!

Centrally located just minutes from Downtown Fort Myers off the famously palm-lined McGregor Blvd, and equally as close in the other direction to the amazingly beautiful beaches on Sanibel Island & Fort Myers Beach. The Boating Community of Cape Coral is even closer via a short drive over the scenic Caloosahatche River for even more dining, shopping, and fun.

All linens, dishes & utensils are provided. Pool floats & beach chairs too. We even offer complimentary coffee, water and spa-like soaps, shampoos & lotions to help get your stay off to a great start.

**Note before booking:** Only 8 maximum persons allowed in home/on property at any time without prior approval. Only 6 guests allowed overnight: Max overnight adults (19+) = 4; Max overnight kids (18 & younger) = 4. Sleeping only allowed in beds. Total number of guests must be given at time of booking. No pets & no smoking/vaping of any kind allowed in home and/or anywhere on the property. The above will be verified during stay & penalties for violations will applied. No additional fees added by owner like cleaning, utilities, etc. unless warranted by excessive mess , use or any damage. Any additional fees including taxes, booking & service fees in final billing are added by booking agent, and we do not get any part of.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
If checking out on Sat or Sun: Please roll trash & recycling bins to the end of the driveway.
Wipe off counters & sweep floors.
Arrange couch cushions back to normal presentation. Return all furniture is where it was, including outdoors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time = 10pm-7am. No sound outside of home, including pool area permitted during these hours. This is quiet, mostly owner occupied neighborhood.
Golf course can only be accessed & enjoyed via a paid round of golf. No walking, playing on golf course via backyard.
Use & enjoy at your own risk - especially the pool. Majority of the pool is deeper than standing height. Pool is also unheated.

Location was great! Owner was great to work with and worked hard at the last minute to get us in a night early, which we really appreciated! Pool area was nice and clean (though a bit chilly to swim especially in the evenings when sun isnt in the lanai since its not heated). Beautiful view of golf course with friendly golfers. Garage also had a beach wagon, chairs, and two unbrellas which was a great touch!

We had an overall good stay, and the home looked as it did in the listing photos. The owner was very responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns, which we really appreciated.There were a few issues during our stay worth noting. The pool was green upon arrival, with visible algae on the bottom. It did take a few days to clear up after the pool company came out, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy it right away. Additionally, the listing showed four pool loungers, but there were only two available.Inside the home, the patio door was very difficult to open, and the grout near the door was completely missing. This made the floor uneven and somewhat unsafe, especially under and around the carpet in that area. There were also quite a few stains on the carpets throughout the home.

Before the stay, the host responded to my questions about the property in a timely manner. The pool looked inviting, I didn't go in because weather was too cold for me. However, a few did and they enjoyed it. We did eat some meals and relaxed on the patio. Lovely day, just watching the golfers.

It was clean and worked for our last minute trip. Plus it was across the golf course from our relative's home and worked out well for our unexpected family event. We didn't get to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked to but it is a very nice pool.

Very enjoyable stay. Michael was great with communicating promptly and when we told him we would be arriving after midnight, he left a few lights on so we were not fumbling in the dark. Small gesture, but made a huge difference after traveling for 15 hours that day. The house was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable!! We were very impressed with how clean everything was.
