Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom - (1) King size bed, Smart TV, dedicated workspace, large master bath/shower with 2 sinks and all the typical bathroom items.
Bedroom 2 - (1) King size bed, Smart TV, private bath/shower
Bedroom 3- (1) Queen size bed, shares Jack/Jill bathroom with double vanity & shower
Bedroom 4 - (1) Full size bed + (1) Trundle Twin available, shares Jack/Jill bathroom with double vanity & shower
Kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs including but not limited to: toaster, air fryer, blender, cookware, crock pot, ice machine, and fully stocked spices and oils.
Beverage Bar - Moccamasters Coffee Maker, Keurig, Electric Kettle, sweeteners, sugar, assortment of flavored teas and ground coffee.
Family Room - large wrap-around sofa, loveseat, Smart TV, reading nook, cozy blankets, gas fireplace, variety of board games and puzzles

- Before entering the house -> Please enter right side of home, DE-SAND with a towel & then rinse in outdoor shower
- Hang up any towels/beach equipment on that same side on the brown wood structure

*Home is located 5 minutes from downtown Encinitas and Moonlight Beach.
*Self-Check in - A convenient self-check-in pad is available on the front door.
*Plenty of free parking. At least 3 mid-sized vehicles can fit in the driveway.
*There is no garage access. Plenty of space/storage inside the home.
*The home is handicap accessible on first floor only.
