Our spacious home in the Alpine Lake Resort offers an idyllic getaway. Situated on a private, quiet street, this four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath residence spans over 2900 square feet and sits on a generous 1.27-acre level lot with extensive landscaping.
The exterior of the home features a covered front porch. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail, it’s a soothing oasis to be enjoyed. We also have an outdoor firepit with 4 Adirondak chairs.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living space with gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the main level. Custom blinds and shutters add a touch of luxury, highlighting the meticulous attention to detail.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting granite counter tops, a convenient breakfast bar, custom hickory cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances. A butler's pantry with a laundry room adds to the home's functionality.

The inviting space features beautiful cathedral pine tongue-and-groove ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.

For your vehicles and storage needs, the home includes an attached two car garage plus a single detached garage. We have Beach chairs and umbrella, and sand toys for the little ones. And for the Bigger ones we have 2 Kayaks and fishing poles and a newly added golf cart to scoot around to the beach.

Beyond the home itself, the location is truly exceptional, with the lake just a short 500-foot stroll away.
Alpine Lake Resort offers a wide array of amenities, including a 150-acre spring-fed and fish fed lake for boating, fishing, and swimming, an 18-hole golf course, an indoor pool, miniature golf, fitness facilities, basketball, tennis and pickelball courts, hiking and biking trails, and a restaurant and lounge. Our home provides the perfect opportunity to enjoy a relaxing and memorable family vacation, and we will do everything we can to make sure that happens for you.
Our home is new to the rental market and is very clean and spacious and I think you will find everything you need for your comfort and enjoyment.

We loved our stay here. House is very clean, beautifully decorated and spacious, just a short walk to the lake. Perfect location with plenty of privacy. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and watched an eagle flying one morning. Hosts provide everything you need for a great stay - comfortable beds, full kitchen, laundry room, large porches, golf cart and kayaks. Sandra was very easy to communicate with and was super helpful about the area and some dining options. We definitely hope to return to Alpine Lake and this beautiful property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The location is wonderful and the home was so clean. My family and I have been going to Alpine Lake since the 80’s and this was the first house we really, really loved in a long time. It was very spacious and provided so many things for our family to enjoy (kayaks, golf cart, toys, etc). Sandra, the host, was also amazing. She communicated great leading up to our stay and during our stay. Will be renting again!

Although we are new owners at Alpine Lake, we've hosted our beach house for 18 years so we are familiar with hosting the perfect vacation for our families. We always make sure our home is clean, well stocked and comfortable for your stay.
You will always have a direct line to us for any of your concerns and needs during your time in our home .

Why they chose this property

We wanted somewhere to go to just put our feet up and relax and enjoy life while having enough activities to keep our grandchildren entertained. we found it all at Alpine Lake resort. You can be as busy as you want . we are located on a quiet street with walking distance to the 7 bridges trail leading to the lodge and to the sandy beach and boathouse where you can rent boats and kayaks and canoes. this year they've added paddle boards for rent.
So sit back and relax and unwind at our beautiful home in Alpine Lake resort.
Also for the golf enthusiast, check out the beautiful 18 hole course that winds around the lake and thru the hills.
we are open all year for leaf watching and cross country skiing.
