Locaton is great, close to downtown and other activities. Air conditioning worked ok, but it was very hot while we were there. House is an old lovely home with a few projects still in progress, but it did not impact the fun we had while we were there. We would stay there again!

Great house for enjoying the Black Hills and Badlands! This house is charming and spotlessly clean. Easy walk to restaurants in Rapid City. We really enjoyed the hot tub after long hikes.

Easy check in. Great amenities. Well stocked. Amazing host! Could not say enough about how great this property was for our stay! Centrally located to everything we wamted to see and was a great spot for planning around weather as we were on motorcycles.

Our family of five stayed in late July. This is an older house with modern renovations in a quiet residential neighborhood of Rapid City. Check in and communication was flawless. House was clean and no residual odors or other gross stuff that turns people off. Hot tub and gazebo were a huge hit. Kitchen was adequately outfitted with modern amenities. No central AC, but house is cooled with a combo of mini splits and window units…we slept comfortably amidst 95 degree days. Overall this property met our family needs and we were satisfied with our stay.
