Everything about the stay was great, but I would warn about the neighborhood as it was less than ideal. The property was well-managed and fairly secure, but the obviousness of drug use around the property (people offering to us, for example) was less than ideal. On day one, it was clear no one had checked the property: the kitchen plumbing was completely blocked, and it took four plumbers to solve the riddle. That said, the service showed up incredibly quickly and added more people to the problem until it was solved, and it was solved within 24 hours. There are not very many options for a short-term stay in Nashville, and the proximity to my work and to downtown was excellent; the inside of this unit was comfortable, well-supplied, and up to date in all ways.
