Perfect for an extended stay

We stayed for 5 weeks over the Christmas and New Years holidays. The location is ideal—a quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance to markets, shops, hundreds of restaurants, fitness studio, and the Tiergarten. The building as old world charm with modern updates and plumbing. Recommend!

The pictures do not do this listing justice. A beautiful home! Beautiful area. Close to everything but nice and quiet. We liked it so much we decided to rent our own apartment nearby. The flat has everything you need to feel like home. We felt very spoiled! Hosts were friendly and responsive. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic gem of an apartment in a great location!

Communications with Patricia were great and she was very accomodating and helpful. The apartment was even nicer than the photos showed and exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, quiet and had everything and more that you would need for a relaxing holiday. The location was brilliant. Lots of options on buses and trains into the centre of Berlin and also outside Berlin. There were loads of cafes and restaurants around the area and we actually stayed around the area to eat most nights. Would definitely recommend the apartment to others.

Best Stay in Berlin

A beautiful apartment in Berlin. The apartment is spacious, high ceilings, big windows with lots of sunlight. The apartment is comfortably furnished and kitchen has all the amenities one would need. 2 bathrooms, one is a powder room, the other two sinks, tub, and separate shower. We stayed 3 weeks and it was like home. (Washer and Dryer!) The apartment is located in a great neighborhood with restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn are 5 minutes away. There was also a great Yoga studio nearby (Spirit) and several amazing bakeries. This is the place to stay in Berlin. Our hosts were great, with recommendations and answered any questions we had quickly. I would stay here again. Thanks to our hosts for a great experience and wonderful stay. We’ve traveled all over the world and this apartment was one of the best.

wundervolles Apartement

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit außerordentlicher Ausstattung. Sehr bequeme Betten. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, fußläufig kann man hier abends gut essen gehen, oder einen Jazzclub um die Ecke besuchen. Das Apartment selbst liegt sehr ruhig im hinteren Teil des Hauses. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.
