The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
You need to leave the cottage neat and tidy when you check out. The Property shall be left in the same good condition as found on the first day of occupancy.
• Close doors and windows. Shut off AC and lights. • Dispose of all trash in the dumpster • Return furniture to the place found at check-in. • Wipe clean all appliances and counter-tops.
Leave the key on the table inside the cottage. No need to lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking for one vehicle only. NO trailers, boats, or campers/tents may be parked or set up in the yard. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO fires or fireworks (including sparklers) allowed on the property.
We do not provide grills. You may bring a grill (we suggest a small gas or charcoal grill) but it must be used on the ground not on the porch or deck.

We had a wonderful September getaway at the Beach Plum. Everything was just as described, and very clean. We had everything we needed. Shirley is friendly and helpful, and obviously takes great pride in maintaining the property well. A very enjoyable experience that we hope to repeat in future!

We are there to greet you when you arrive, show you around and answer any questions you may have. There's a welcome goody basket and coffee pods for the Keurig waiting for you to enjoy. Our cottages are decorated with love, displaying artwork created by family members. Our goal is to make you feel right at home as soon as you arrive!
