Clean spacious and very comfortable home in a great neighborhood. The rooms were large and the property had an upscale feel. Convenient 10 minute drive to the beach. An excellent stay overall. Highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The check in process was seamless. The place was clean and accurately depicted in the pictures. The space was generous for 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids). It was pretty close to the beach - the drive to the Bethany Beach boardwalk was 10 mins. We paid extra for use of the clubhouse which was worth it.

This house was not clean. When we arrived and took our shoes off, the floor was gritty with sand. The couches and chair cushions were gross, and there were ants in the kitchen. I understand that this is a dog-friendly rental, but it was still not clean. There was a paper airplane in the living room that had been there for a while, judging by the dust and cobwebs on it. The patio was so covered in bugs and cobwebs that we spent half an hour vacuuming and washing the furniture just so we could use it for the week. The house is also showing wear and tear that makes it look shabby—hard water and soap scum in the showers, nails all over the walls where art may have been at some point, and scuffs, scratches and dents in the walls.The location and neighborhood are great—quiet, and the community center and pool are ideal. Just don’t expect a clean house.
