- Load and run the dishwasher (if used). - Empty the fridge of personal items. - Turn off lights, ceiling fans, and electronics.
- Lock all doors and windows. - Place key in lockbox and turn keypad to locked position.

lots of space space, clean. First time in vrbo and was greatly surprised how much of everything was there. great location for fishing and swimming. had a great time. will recommend the place to others.

The Property Manager, Emily was a true delight to work with. She was always extremely responsive and willing to communicate. Any issues were dealt with very professionally. The apartment is a very pleasant, updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Very modern appliances We truly enjoyed our stay. The only change I would make, would be to include availability of a Washer and Dryer for those of us that stay longer then a week,Very nice location, close to beaches and downtown amenities. Overall a very pleasant stay. We will be pleased to work with Emily for our next adventure to Florida.Thank You Emily!!!.
