Whether you’re here to explore or unwind, this home delivers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.

This spacious 4-bedroom home is perfect for families or groups, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. It features two king-size beds and three queen-size beds, including a pull-out couch, as well as a full-size bed in the game room for additional sleeping space. Ideal for multiple families traveling together, the layout offers both comfort and privacy, with plenty of room to relax, unwind, and enjoy time together. The bonus is this home also has a large side yard that you can park a large boat for scallop season. so bring your jet skis, boats or four wheelers for the trails we've got plenty of room for your trailers. Yard is fenced for privacy and security.

For those traveling with little ones, we've thoughtfully included baby and toddler-friendly amenities to make your stay easier. You'll find a baby seat that attaches securely using two dining chairs to create a makeshift high chair, a soft changing pad, a baby bath, and a Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets. Whether it’s mealtime, bathtime, or bedtime, we’ve got your baby’s needs covered so you can travel light and stress-free.



The game room is a hit with guests of all ages. It includes a large chalkboard wall for creative fun, a variety of toddler toys to keep the little ones entertained, and an air hockey table for some friendly competition. House was great for our family for 10 days. Would have stayed a bit longer but it was already rented beyond that being near spring break time. Lots of space to spread out, and great to have the game room. Great support from the host as had a small issue with not being able to turn on a tv and a minor maintenance issue and they had maintenance there quickly resolving both issues. Kitchen is well equipped for about anything you need, but could use some more silverware for a large house but had plenty of everything else, just ran low on spoons regularly but that was it. Would gladly stay here or with them again as it was great.

This house was perfect for families! We particularly enjoyed that they thought of all the little things most rentals don’t have from kitchen items to toys for the kids and more. My only recommendation would be coffee cups- there was only one, even though there were a dozen plus glasses for water etc. most families needing a house would have more than one coffee drinker.
