Three bedrooms (including a main with en-suite bath), three full baths, gas fireplace, Seasonal Screen in Porch with TV, Seasonal Pool, Breakfast Nook, Dining Area, Beautiful Kitchen with island, finished basement with lots more space and a Steam Room, and tons of light and outdoor areas (including a wonderful front porch, back deck, as well as a large front lawn). Nature surrounds you, but you are close to all that Saratoga Springs has to offer. Located at the foothills of the Adirondacks, it's a great base for ski trips, hiking, and camping. It's a bird watchers paradise!!

A unique and wonderful place to stay! Wonderfully appointed kitchen, many nooks to relax with a book, including a large screen porch which was a real highlight, even with the cooler weather. We would highly recommend this property if visiting the Saratoga area.

We had an amazing time here. Check-in was really easy and the hosts provided a book with all sorts of information about the area. There was a ton of space, including a lovely pool that we spent quite a bit of time in. I would absolutely stay here again.

The house is welcoming and comfortable. It’s clearly a home, not just a place bought to rent, and the lived-in feel made it very comfortable. It had all the necessary equipment, including a kitchen full of pots, pans, and utensils, and plenty of bath towels.Joshua was very responsive to our questions. We loved how flexible the space was - we chatted on the couches, played board games at the dining table, enjoyed the breeze on the screened in porch, and floated in the pool. We would highly recommend this place.

My family lived in downtown Saratoga Springs for decades, but we recently bought this house just outside town and are loving the rural feel, but still so close to all the great happenings in Saratoga. This is a second home for us, so when you rent it, it is all yours to enjoy. We know you will love it as much as we do!!

Why they chose this property

It is close to Saratoga but allows for a respite from the busy town life. The natural surroundings and the outdoor areas, along with the beautiful creek down the road, makes this particular neighborhood very unique.

What makes this property unique

The outdoor spaces, including the beautiful pool and new, large screened in porch are remarkably comfortable. In the Fall and Winter, the space is cozy and comfortable, with a gas fireplace and lots of space to spread out and read, play games, cook, dine and relax.
