Brand new custom built (2025) for outdoor enthusiasts and enjoyers of relaxation. Clean, mid century modern interior with oversized windows allows for amazing views of an old growth forest. We're closer to the trails than the public parking lot, no need to worry about driving to the trailhead. Two bedrooms (king beds) & two bathrooms upstairs along with main living area, kitchen/pantry and a private office. Downstairs has the laundry room, game room (sleeps 4), theater room (sleeps 2), and bike garage. You'll sleep like a baby as all rooms have blackout curtains or blinds and sound machines.

We just finished this building this home and are excited to let others enjoy it and have fun exploring Galbraith and Bellingham.
Why they chose this property
So close to the trails!!! It's quiet, beautiful, has old growth trees, we often get to see deer, owls and other forest friends! There is a creek that runs through the property for kids to play in.
What makes this property unique
Our home is brand new. Super energy efficient. Quiet (has thick walls/double drywall), modern, has everything you'd need to be more than comfortable. And while we're close to Bellingham and Historic Fairhaven; we're even closer to the amazing trails of Galbraith Mt. (closer than the public parking lot)
