New Look, Thoughtful Touches

The recent refresh runs deep: new carpeting in the bedrooms, new living room furniture and sleep sofa, a 55" Smart TV plus new bedroom TVs, and stylish reclaimed-wood accent walls that give the whole unit a warm, modern feel. Ceramic tile runs through the spacious living room, and as an end unit, natural light reaches both queen bedrooms — with partial ocean views and western exposure that turns evenings golden.

The kitchen goes beyond the basics: a Keurig, a proper knife set, an Instant Pot for easy dinners, a waffle maker for slow mornings, and an ice cream maker for sundae night with the kids. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area adds flexible space, and beds made on arrival, an in-unit washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi round out the essentials.

Beach access and a picnic area are a convenient stroll away, and elevator access makes arrival easy (the elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and cannot be guaranteed).
