This upscale, custom built, luxury home sits on over 4 acres overlooking Franklin and looking out at the Appalachian Trail. Private neighborhood with a two-lane paved road and paved drive way.
Our home is equipped with modern comfort and safety features including a NEST system and external video and/or audio security monitoring. The furnishings are upscale with a couch, love seat, lazy boy recliner and comfy chair with ottoman. The king size mattresses & pillows are wonderful, natural hickory wood floors, tile and high-quality carpet in the downstairs game room and bedroom. The kids of all ages will enjoy the game room that has a pin ball machine, pool table, air hockey, Foosball and four theater chairs for watching the game or playing video games. The kitchen is very well equipped with stainless steel appliances, huge island, all of the pots, pans, dishes, etc, that you could ever need.
This home will sleep 8 and is perfect for a family get together or two families vacationing together. So you can fully picture the layout, the main floor is one large room - living area, dining & open kitchen with huge windows looking out at the amazing view of the Smokey Mountains. The master bedroom with en suite bath is on one side of the house and has his and her own vanity, toilet, walk-in closet and share an all tile shower. Two other bedrooms are on the other side of the main floor and have their own bathroom with tub/shower. The downstairs bedroom (second master) has a large bathroom with two sinks, tub/shower and huge walk-in closet. The living room, four bedrooms, and game room all have large flat screen plasma TVs. The house also includes Dish Network, Wi-Fi internet and terrific cell reception.
Come hike, bike, fish, raft, visit waterfalls, hunt for antiques, take a scenic drive, or shop, it's all here. Our location is close to it all and is only 10 minutes from downtown but still it is far enough away for you to sit on the deck and hear the wildlife.
We love families getting together at the house and therefore it is suitable for children, but we don't provide cabinet door locks or baby gates so it is not suitable for toddlers.
