On occasion we will honor a 2 night stay if there are 2 nights open between other stays on the calendar. This is at owner discretion so please make sure to inquire first.

A stunning mountainside home that you will never want to leave! A unique secluded location that is VERY EASY to access with MILLION-DOLLAR VIEWS! No other home in this area can match our views! NONE! Our reviews prove that!

The home is a short one minute drive off the lightly traveled main rural highway providing easy access via PAVED roads. EASILY ACCESSED by 2WD vehicles except during occasional ice/snow in January-February. 4WD or AWD is recommended IN WINTER but NOT ALWAYS NECESSARY in January and February. It is very easy to access the home on motorcycles. We have had many biker groups with no issues. Roads are blacktop paved to the home. There is extra FLAT trailer or car parking adjacent to the home.

Located exactly in between the towns of Franklin and Bryson City. Easy access to both towns and the all Nantahala outdoor activities including Lake Fontana. Asheville, Dillsboro, Waynesville, Sylva, and Highlands are other great towns near us to explore.

Keurig brand DUO coffeemaker can brew regular pot or use K-Cups.
Satellite WiFi throughout the house.

READ CAREFULLY...( Minimum Stay Policy) 4 night minimum rental required over major Federal holidays. (Google it) 7 night minimum over: 4th of July, Christmas, Thanksgiving and during the entire month of October. (Leaf Season). Requests for less cannot be honored.

Rates are based on demand and change from time to time. The average rate is between $225 and $255 per night for the 2 bedroom, 2 bath portion of the home. This is ample space for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. There is an OPTIONAL EXTRA MASTER SUITE available to ADD to your rental for an additional $50 per night. You must request this space if you need it or have 6 guests or more. This space remains locked off and UNOCCUPIED if you do not need the additional space for your stay. NO ONE ELSE CAN RENT THIS SPACE WHILE YOU ARE THERE.

We allow up to 2 pets ONLY with paid pet fee of $120. Exceptions can be made with increased fees and owner approval

We do not have an outdoor fire-pit. They are a forest-fire hazard in our location.

Weekend Recharge in the Smokys

My husband and I spent a well deserved long weekend in this beautiful home! The views were spectacular! The home was clean and well kept. The bed we stayed in was super comfortable and the view through the large windows from the loft bed itself was something out of a dream. There were helpful notes left by the host that made the stay and procedures easy to follow. The home is close enough to so many things to see and do. We were able to sightsee and visit a few of the neighboring towns while we were there. We will definitely be back and can’t think of any place we’d rather stay!

Mountain weekend

House and view are very nice however, upon arrival, the floor in the den and kitchen area were so dirty i had to sweep. Lots of lady bugs! (Dead and alive). There's no gas fireplace which was disappointing. The owner was quick to respond to my inquiries and did apologize for the cleanliness and gave us a discount on the 3rd night stay.

Relaxing Break from Reality

The description of this property is spot on with the amazing mountain views. Even in the cold of January, the mountains were a gorgeous sight to wake up to every morning, the snow on top was an extra perk! You can really tell that someone put a lot of thought into this home, which is exactly what it felt like. We’d gladly go back to this spot again. The hosts were great and answered every question I had, no matter how small it seemed. Once there, the house manual explained everything so I didn’t even have to bother them. Had a great break from our hectic lives!

Beautiful Property!

My family and I visited the area for the Polar Express, and this cabin added a lot to our enjoyment. It was beautifully situated and furnished and the owner was extremely responsive and informative (even with unnecessary questions :) ) We highly recommend.

Hiking, rafting, fishing, waterfalls, mountain biking, gem mining, restaurants and great shopping are just a few of the things within minutes of the home. Our home is an easy drive from the Asheville or Atlanta airports and within a 6 hour drive to over 25 large cities! Our location allows you to feel like you are 'away from it all'... yet it is close enough to run in to town if you need anything. Our view is a live, ever changing canvas of National Forest with layers of beautiful mountains!

One of the main reasons we love our home is the access to the Little Tennessee River. The river flows just a 5 minute walk away from the home! It is one of the most majestic rivers you can find.
