Contemporary lake front home on Lake Keowee, SC.
This modern lake house has unique architectural influences, with a magnificent view of the lake that makes for a perfect relaxing get away.
A stunning wall of glass gives you the feel of being on the lake in every part of the home.
Our dock is available for boat rentals from local company. Other amenities include a gas range, gas grill, ice maker, WiFi, 2 large plasma TV’s, whole house & outside stereo with Bluetooth.
20 miles from Clemson University.
Lake Keowee is one of the most beautiful lakes in SC. There are many local non-lake activities available from golfing to hiking.
Boat and jet ski rentals are available from third-party companies.

Please note we only allow groups of 6 or less. If there are children who can sleep on a couch we will allow 8 including them. We are in a very quiet neighborhood and do not allow loud parties. And we are firm on no pets.

More Beautiful than the Pictures

My husband and I recently spent our anniversary here, and this home far exceeded our expectations. Lake Keowee, with its clear water, is the most beautiful lake we have seen. With its floor to ceiling windows, the home has great design and is perfectly situated to capture the view of the lake. The home had everything we needed, and Kirk was great to work with. Can't wait to return!

Not everything that it advertised

On HomeAway , under filters of what you are looking for to rent, I hit house and Hot tub on Lake Keowee . This is one of 7 houses to pull up for my rental period. In one of the pictures it shows a hot tub off to the side. In a couple of the reviews, people made comments about the hot tub. In the Rental Contract for the house, there are even instructions about the use of the Hot Tub. SOOOOOOO, I believed there was a hot tub at this rental property. THERE IS NO HOT TUB. So I was very disappointed when I arrived at this house.THEN when I go to use the outside grill Friday Night, There is no propane tank! The house was set on 75 when I arrived, which was Friday evening , the house was very warm. I set both thermostates on 70 degrees. The house during the day never registered below 78 degrees and during the night, which I got up several times because the house was still hot never went below 74 degrees during my stay here. This house is beautiful and immaculate and is located on a great spot of Lake Keowee, It was just not what I expected.

We really enjoyed the property. The openness of the house and views of the lake are wonderful.

Bring your suit- swimming in the lake is a must-very clear water. Fishing is good! Fires under the stars complete your day. We changed our plans to stay longer . Well with it!

Took my breath away!

My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway and this home could not have been more perfect. Excellent VRBO - clean, well appointed, and outstanding owner communication. Owner has detailed instructions on how to use everything on the property which was extremely helpful. Very well thought out house design. Located on a quiet cove with just enough activity to keep it interesting. If you want to treat yourself to something truly spectacular, this is the place!

Beautiful home and breathtaking views!

Everything was just as described. The owner was very engaged and replied quickly to all questions. The pictures don’t due justice to the view. It’s truly breathtaking!! Greenville is under 40 minutes with tons of shopping dining and night life. Definitely check out the nearby trails for hiking. Wonderful long thanksgiving weekend! We will be back!

The perfect getaway!

This was our first time at Lake Keowee and we had a lovely weekend. This house is so fantastic-it was hard to leave! The views from every room were incredible. The house itself is gorgeous and so thoughtfully laid out. The outdoor space is really beautiful and impressive. We spent the weekend noticing all the detail and planning that went into the design of the landscaping and were in awe. We will absolutely be back to visit this perfect spot. Thank you so much!

Fantastic Keowee Lakefront Stay

This property is even better than advertised and the pictures indicate. Located on a cove just off the main lake, this house has wonderful views from all rooms, especially the great room with 20+ foot floor to ceiling windows. Conveniently located about 15 min car and boat ride from Sunset Marina where we rented a pontoon boat for our stay and docked at the house. Modern appliances and an incredibly responsive and proactive property manager/owner. This was our 4th VRBO rental of 2020 and the best so far (and the others were also great). If you are considering a rental in this area, this place is exceptional.

Lakefront R&R!

My husband & I just returned from a wonderful, relaxing week at Kirk’s beautiful Lake Keowee house. The house had everything one might need, and more. The lake is gorgeous, & even caught some fish for dinner! Hope to return, & would highly recommend!

I spent several years looking at lakes and lake home sites until I found this one. Lake Keowee is a beautiful, clean lake and great for families. Our neighborhood is an established quiet one with wonderful neighbors.

What makes this property unique

I built this home to give the maximum view of the lake. When you are here, you always know you are at the lake as you see it from almost every room.
