Welcome to our beautiful home at Lake Berkley Resort, a peaceful gated community perfectly located just 15 minutes from Disney and close to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Orlando’s best outlets. This charming one-story villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, including two master suites, and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests — ideal for families seeking comfort, convenience, and fun.
The spacious living room features seating for up to eight guests and a Smart TV, creating the perfect space to relax after a day of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and opens to a dining area with seating for six, plus a breakfast bar for casual meals. Step outside to your private screened pool area with lounge chairs, perfect for enjoying Florida’s sunshine. A laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, along with free high-speed Wi-Fi, adds extra convenience to your stay.
