Please treat the home with care and respect at all times.

2. Respect the Dunes
The dunes are federally protected. Walking on, climbing, or disturbing them in any way is strictly prohibited.

3. Turtle Safety
Close blinds at night when lights or the TV are on.
Only use amber or red flashlights at the beach.

4. Beach Care
Do not leave trash, holes, or sand structures behind.
Rinse off and neatly store beach equipment on the patio.

5. Shoes & Sand
Rinse sand before entering and remove shoes inside to keep the home pristine.

6. Smoking Policy
No smoking or vaping inside or around the home.

7. Parking
Only 2 vehicles are permitted, including golf carts.

8. Noise & Neighbors
Please be respectful of neighbors.
Observe quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.
Enjoy balconies, but keep noise to a minimum.

9. Community Pool
You are welcome to use the pool — please be respectful of others.

10. Trash Disposal
Bag trash securely.
Place in the provided receptacle. Please do not leave trash at the door.
The Community Trash receptacle is located by building 8

11. Towels & Balconies
Do not hang towels or clothing from balconies.

12. Grill Use
A grill is provided for your convenience:
Please clean after each use.
Keep it covered when not in use.

13. Damages
If any damage occurs, please notify us immediately.

14. Emergencies
Call the proper authorities first, then contact us.
