Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Exit Instructions 1. Lock the front door with the key 2. Place used towels in the washer. 3. Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle

4. Turn off all lights 5. Set thermostat to 65°F in winter or 68°F in summer 6. Close and lock all windows and exterior doors

7. Throw away all trash and place bins at the curb Wednesday night for Thursday morning pickup 8. Return any moved furniture to its original position 9. Pick up any trash left outdoors

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

GUEST POLICY: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Absolutely no parties, gatherings, events, or additional visitors of any kind at any

Throw away all trash inside the home. Take trash to the curb on Wednesday night for Thursday morning pickup.

Plenty of space. Great location with restaurants and stores. We had no issues with the neighborhood or locating the house. It was great for a weekend stay.
