Escape to a serene waterfront oasis perfectly located between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. This property is a nature-lover's paradise on half an acre of Charleston charm. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking, and bird watching from the private dock. Unwind with an evening bonfire under the lanterns swinging from the grand oak tree. Stay fit in the outdoor gym and yoga studio.

This amazing marsh front property has 3 bedrooms and 2 beautiful new bathrooms. It's located in a very safe, quiet neighborhood right in between downtown and Folly Beach (less than 15 mins to each). Your stay includes access to the whole house, outdoor gym, detached yoga studio, dock with 2 kayaks/paddles/life jackets, and huge backyard with tons of seating and fire pit (firewood included).

Note, I live in an apartment over the garage with a separate entrance. I travel often and will not bother you if I'm home.
