Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off heat/AC. INCLUDING SPLIT UNITS DOWNSTAIRS***
Make sure that all windows are closed and locked.
To take out garbage, walk along side the right side of the garage to the back fence and pull brown string to open gate. Garbage and recycling bins are outside of the gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours outside 10p-7a.
Do not turn either of the hot tub knobs with red bands of them. These are diverter knobs and will break if turned while hot tub is on.

Really beautiful home and it worked out wonderfully for 5 various-aged couples for a long weekend. Brian was very responsive and obviously has very good taste. All of the finishes and furnishings were visually appealing and extremely comfortable!
