We had a great time at the property. It's a place where you can relax and enjoy La Jolla's beauty in comfort. The beach is a few blocks' walk, plenty of coffee shops and places to eat. We founded it as advertised and loved it.

Hi Ruzanna. Thank you! So glad you enjoyed relaxing and exploring La Jolla, with the beach and coffee shops so close by. Hope to host you again!
Very cute cottage within walking distance of the beach and a lot of yummy restaurants. The house is actually much larger than it seems at first and the casita in the back is a great addition! The host was great about communicating and the cottage is well stocked. My only complaint is that we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat on and the house felt a bit cold at times.

Hi Jessica. Thank you so much for the lovely review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the cottage, the casita, and the great location. We sincerely apologize for the confusion with the heating — it's mentioned in the guide, but we understand if you didn't get a chance to check it. We hope to welcome you back soon! -Vacation Rentals by Aaron
Cute little spot just a few blocks up from the ocean. Check in was easy, instructions were very clear. Thankful for the driveway as parking in this area is less than ideal. The property was clean. The main house was open, beddrooms nice. We did not do any cooking while we were there, so I cannot really speak to the availability of kitchenware. The guest house, Casita, is a cute little spot. However, when we arrived, it had a very strong, not pleasant smell in it. We ended up keeping the windows open the whole time we were there and the slider open as much as possible to help air it out. The one thing I would suggest for the guest house, would be a small portable closet, or somewhere to hang clothes. My boyfriend and I used the little house and let the adult kids have the big house, and we had no place to put our clothes the 5 days we were there, other than on the couch. The outdoor area is a nice spot to hang out at! We sat out there a few times in the aftenroon and evenings when we were there and it was a comfrotable spot to relax. The little town with a couple of restaurants, small grocery store, and a 7 Eleven was just a few minutes walk, and then in the other direction, more of the La Jolla village, was about a 15 minute walk. So, all very reasonable walking distances and cute little shops and restaurants around!

Hi Melanie. Thanks for the detailed feedback! Glad check-in, parking, and the main house worked out well. Sorry about the smell in the Casita - I'll look into it, and I love the idea of adding a small closet there. Glad the outdoor space and walkability were a hit. Would love to host you again! -Vacation Rentals by Aaron
