House was very clean with cute decor. Beds were comfortable . Neighborhood was quite but still in recovery from hurricane - several homes boarded up. Home was furnished with basic essentials - bring your own iron, hair dryer, corkscrews, etc. If planning to bring a pet be aware that 250 negotiable fee for pet is only mentioned after site is reserved and paid for. Best price around for 2 to 3 people to stay.
