Peaceful condo in a quiet gated community. Great location for walkers, hikers, cyclists and food enthusiasts. Tumamoc Hill is a 5-minute walk from the community. Also within walking distance of desert trails, Sentinel Peak Park (A-mountain), Mercado San Augustin shops/restaurants, and MSA Annex. Enjoy a free ride on the light rail to historic 4th Avenue district, UofA, or downtown. Ideal for visitors to the Gem Show. You simply can`t go wrong with this centrally located community!

Quiet 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with private laundry and small backyard. Community pool, hot tub, basketball courts, ramada and playground.

We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs under 20lbs. No cats due to allergies. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate certain breeds. Please provide details in your booking request.
NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential community, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.

🚭 No smoking or vaping of any kind, including e-cigarettes, inside the home or on the property.

Place was very clean and had everything I needed. However, the outside lighting was terrible in the entire complex. It was very difficult to find the building and unit.
