Visit during the fall months for a vivid display of colors, winter for whisper-quiet snow scenes, and spring to see the 150-year-old hydrangea tree burst into bloom. Gather around the fire pit or sit back in the hot tub to watch the day fade into star-studded night.

- Converted sleeping space in the library with a pull-out sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress and en-suite bath with shower, and, of course, a nearly endless source of bedtime stories

We live in a great spot. We are within walking distance to town but almost at the end of a quiet dead end road.



Getting Around:

WOODED SETTING, VILLAGE CHARM



Walk one mile to the village of Woodstock to find a thriving dining scene, boutiques ranging from psychedelic to modern chic, and theaters and venues for concerts, shows, and more. Even in the age of Covid, the village is thriving with socially distanced revelry.



Bring your boots and get ready to explore miles upon miles of hiking trails. Bring the whole family for a woodland stroll, or see how many 3,500’+ peaks you can check off your list—there’s 35 of them in the Catskills region.



Nearby Hunter and Bellayre resorts offer skiing in the wintertime and lake swimming or festivals in the spring, summer, and fall. Spend an afternoon tubing down the Esopus and finish the day with a stop in the village of Phoenicia, or head to the city of Kingston for even more dining and cultural options.
