This is a Wyndham time share near Colonial Williamsburg. It's a convenient location for that and visiting College of William and Mary. Specific unit is assigned by the timeshare.Everything was nice, clean and as expected.

Overall it was a good stay. The location is great and the resort staff were friendly and helpful.The main thing was I didn't know we were signing up for a timeshare presentation. I just thought we were going to be renting the unit someone owned. As for the room, it was spacious, clean and easy to access. However this location was much older and it showed. There was a door off on the entertainment center, the dishwasher was leaking when we arrived and needed maintenance, the molding on the kitchen floor was coming up and there were several "dents" you could feel in the subfloor under the carpet. And a Keurig would have been nice. It was a good stay and the price was fair. We wondered why this location was not as expensive as others nearby and after the Wyndham tour we could see it was just a bit more aged or not quite to the level of their "premier" locations which we better represented in the pictures. Not complaining. We got a fair deal but we just had a few surprises that we didn't expect. Hopefully this info will help tune the pics and messages so folks in the future will better understand what they are getting into.
