Our stunning, 4-bedroom, 2 full-bath home is perfect for your trip to Maine. Enjoy the spacious living areas, a full kitchen and dining room with seating for six, with private beach and wildflower gardens.

Special touches to make your stay delightful include reading nooks, a sunroom equipped with board games, and outdoor seating where you can truly feel part of the beautiful natural setting around you.

The house provides the comforts of air-conditioning, a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and is conveniently located twenty minutes from some of the best tourist spots in Maine such as Freeport, which is famous for its outlet stores including LL Bean, and Portland, with its restaurants, lighthouses and numerous other attractions.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes inside the house. Please leave your shoes in the entry area by the sign or on the patio. We provide "house slippers" as an option for guests.
Please be respectful of our neighbors. Absolutely no loud music or parties, stay within the property lines, and no recreational drug use.
Two places guests are not allowed on the property: Blocked off portion of garage and areas behind "No Guest Access" signs.

Spotlessly clean beach house convenient to Portland. Owners were responsive and accommodating. Well equipped with beach toys / chairs / kitchen supplies / towels / etc. Thank you for a nice stay.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is clean and minimalist. Great size rooms and space. The walk to the sea through their lovely yard is nice and short. My daughters had fun going down at different tides. The proximity to Portland and Freeport was excellent as well as very cute places just in the downtown area to have smoothies, get a beer or have a nice dinner.The wifi was a little spotty. So it kind of shut me down from work which can be a really good thing to unplug. 100% recommend. We would definitely rebook.

The cottage is located on a beautifully serene property. It was so relaxing and quiet. The ocean was just steps away to our private beach. It was a wonderful trip and we enjoyed it so very much there. We are definitely returning someday the cottage was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The owners were fast to answer any questions we may have no matter how silly they are. We enjoyed the property so much that we only left on one afternoon to attend a family wedding other than that we relaxed and lounged and enjoyed the property and the beach.
