Home away from home in 1 bedroom condo with A/C and pools in central Kapaʻa

Discover this 1-bedroom gem in Kapaʻa with a fantastic location! Less than 5 min walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, weekly farmer's markets and Kapa'a's walking/bike path. This charming and clean condo is fully furnished on the 2nd floor with staircase access only. Private lanai faces the mountains. New A/C, access to 3 pools/2 hot tubs, propane grill & laundromat available in building.
One queen bed in bedroom and a queen sized sofa bed in living room, full bathroom with tub and shower. Pack n' Play available.
Main road can be heard but is quiet when doors/windows are closed (ear plugs provided)- New AC works great!
Come stay and enjoy all that the place and Kapa'a have to offer!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave parking pass in condo- charge for missing/forgotten parking pass.
Please make sure all AC units, lights and fans are turned off and both sliding doors are closed and locked.
A friendly reminder to get any beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc from rental car and return to the condo.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! The listing was precise and the property was clean, well appointed, conveniently located across the street from the beach, walking distance to shopping and restaurants and especially for the price, left us wanting for very little more. The host is clear about this in the property listing, but the traffic noise is an issue for light sleepers, however this is thoughtfully remedied by the host provided ear plugs. The mattress was extremely comfortable, though a king size would still leave plenty of space both in and out of the bed. The bathtub was clean and water pressure good but refinishing the tub would go a long way in elevating the property. Our host was the best part of our stay! She was communicative, considerate, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall we had everything we needed right at our fingertips to be comfortable coming home over after long days of hiking, exploring, swimming and enjoying the island. Highly recommend this lovely place and consider it a great value!

Super communicative and friendly host. Immaculately clean, private condo with all the necessities. Spacious, not cluttered, and convenient location for exploring both north and south sides of Kauai. Walking distance to beach! Easy parking in the lot, close to good restaurants and coffee, and no resort fees. I'd definitely stay here again if I get to travel back to paradise.
