We just needed to stay for a couple nights. This place was perfect. It is an older home but it is very nice and Very clean. The owner has done a really good job keeping this place nice. The beds were very comfortable . There were 6 of us so we used all 3 beds. No one complained. Nice neighborhood close to restaurants and gas station.

The bathtub was quite old and appeared very dirty. My family refused to shower there. The living room had only one piece of furniture and it was quite uncomfortable. The bathroom needed some serious work.

Thank you for your feedback. Our home was built in 1920, so while it is not a brand-new property, we work hard to maintain its charm and character. We personally clean the home after each guest, including the bathroom, and are sorry to hear it did not meet your expectations. If you were expecting a modern spa bathroom, this may not have been the right property for you. Regarding the furnishings, all items are clearly shown in the listing photos — including the single couch — so nothing was hidden or misrepresented. We encourage all guests to review the photos and description carefully before booking so expectations align with reality. We welcome constructive feedback, but reviews should reflect the home as it is represented. We appreciate your comments and will continue to make improvements where possible!
