The house is perfect for boaters, a vacation with friends, or for anyone who wants to experience the luxurious Florida lifestyle for themselves.



Electricity fee: Up to 10.00 USD per day is included in the electricity consumption - beyond that, we charge 0.23 USD per kWh. Please settle the due amount at check-out.

The number of guests must be correctly stated and included in the booking confirmation in order to be allowed to stay in the house.



Please understand that we will charge an additional fee and a penalty fee of 500 USD/week for incorrect guest numbers and/or violation of the pet policy.



Children from 3 years old count as paying guests. The overnight price includes up to 4 guests; from the 5th person, a surcharge of 25.00 USD/night per person will be charged.



Boat lift and/or boat dock only usable with permission.
