Your home away from home, new construction in Spring Hill with 3 bedrooms awaits you. This fabulous new modern townhome features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. It has a private fenced in backyard and nearby playground for the kids. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, WiFi, and a cozy living room area. There is an additional rollaway bed for additional guests. This property features 2.5 bathrooms offering a bathtub and shower, you'll feel right at home during your stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our townhome. This is a new construction community and will have construction some activity.

Our stay was good, new home and very convenient for us. Cleaners/host left wet dishes in dishwasher, unsure if clean or dirty so we rewashed them. Package of frozen food left in freezer, hair found on sheets upon pulling them down for sleep. Host was very amicable and communicated at all levels. Thanks Jammie Will return for sure.
