Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Upon your departure, please place the remote control on the coffee table. Please discard all garbage in the dumpster located on the first floor in the back of the building.

Please wash and put away all dirty dishes. Please make sure the front and back door to the condo is locked when you leave.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Check in time is 3:00 pm; Check out time is 11:00 am; no smoking, frying or pets allowed in the condo; Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 7:00 am

Please, no pets, parties, underage drinking or disturbing neighbors. If a Firearm is brought to the condo I must be notified prior to arrival.

Grilling is prohibited on the balcony.

The property was beautiful and close to the beach and other places we wanted to visit. The only hiccup in our stay was when we arrived the property had not been cleaned yet. However it was taken care of quickly and the rest of our stay was fantastic. I would book again if we go back to this area.

Why they chose this property

This area is extremely quiet with the convenience of restaurants and shopping walking distance to the condo. There is a Surf style directly across from the condo which offers food items, ice and souvenirs. The beach is only 385 feet from the condo. The complex only has 16 condos which makes a peaceful atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

The location is perfect if you don't want to drive anywhere. There are restaurants and souvenir shops walking distance. However if you want to drive to Florabama that is only a 10 minute drive. You can enjoy just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the small view of the beach. The parking is directly under the building. It is a couple of blocks from the Hangout which has live music, food and entertainment.
