Beautiful newly renovated apartment with lots of natural light. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. It is on 2nd floor with no elevator. The apartment is fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washing machine and air-conditioner for heating and cooling. The windows of both the living room and the bedroom face the beautiful views of the Tagus river, the Discovery monument and Church of Memória
Parking is available in the nearby streets and is free of charge. The location is quiet, just 10 minutes away from the city center by public transportation. Bus and tram stations to city center are easily accessible near the apartment. The train to Cascais is 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment is just a few meters away from many important monuments, such as Belem Tower; Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, Padrão dos Descobrimentos, Centro Cultural de Belém and the newly opened MAAT (Museum Art Architecture Technology).

Semaine agréable à Lisbonne. Cet appartement est très bien situé dans le quartier tranquille de Belém. A 10 min en voiture du centre ville. Je recommande.

Stay in Ajuda

The property was clean and well appointed. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift. So stairs to climb. Also, street parking can be challenging and limited. There were few minor things that could be improved but nothing that would hamper your stay. The amenities (restaurants, general grocery store, pharmacy) are within walking distance. Belem is also within walking distance and Uber/Bolt easily available.

This is a great property to stay in.

This is a great property to stay in. It is a new modern apartment surrounded by old world feel. It was close to a lot of sites but yet in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this property.

Nous avons séjourné dans un bel appartement très fonctionnel pour une famille de 4. L’endroit était calme et très propre. Nous trouvions seulement que nous étions loin du centre de Lisbonne, mais nous recommandons quand même ce bel endroit! Les hôtes sont très chaleureux!

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Allerdings könnte die Ausstattung der Küche etwas besser sein. Auch Toilettenpapier musste besorgt werde. Ein kleiner chinesischer Lebensmittelladen ist allerdings in unmittelbarer Nähe. In die Innenstadt kann man bequem mit dem Bus fahren. Haltestellen sind in der Nähe aber Busse kommen nicht immer pünktlich. Uber ist hier eine wirklich gute Alternative und auch recht günstig. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne und exklusive Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Belem 15 min. zu Fuß. Es ist zu empfehlen, nach Lissabon mit dem Bus oder Taxi (Uber) zu fahren, da die Parkmöglichkeiten in Lissabon sehr eingeschränkt und die Buskosten günstig sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

si vous avez besoin d'un appartement tout près du centre, au calme, ou vous pouvez vous garer dans la rue, loin de l'agitation de la belle Lisboa, près du Bus, du tram, des quais, du Tage, des taxis ( pas chers a 4 par exemple)avec de bonnes adresses de restau tout a côté, il est fait pour vous! l'accueil de notre hôte fut chaleureux et l'appartement fonctionnel vraiment fait pour 2 couples... Nous aurions souhaité un canapé de plus mais la on exagère peut- être !!! Merci a vous nous avons passé (malgré le temps pluvieux) un séjour formidable dans cette ville dévoreuse et accueillante....On reviendra ! Caroline
