Perched 60 feet above the shoreline and only 30 feet from your private dock, this beautifully appointed home offers sweeping views of Lake Winnipesaukee and total privacy in a true island setting.

Spread across three levels, the house comfortably sleeps 10+ and is ideal for families or groups. It features:
Master bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed
Second bedroom with two queen beds (sleeps 4)
Spacious bunk area with 6+ twin beds—perfect for kids or teens
A cozy living room with a fireplace and cable TV
A full kitchen and dining area
Two large decks offering panoramic views of the lake
The Experience
This is a true island getaway—accessible only by boat. West Alton Marina provides everything you need including launch service, dock slips, parking, and gas. The ride is short, but keep in mind that boating experience is necessary, as lake conditions can change quickly.
Enjoy peace, nature, and adventure right outside your door. The island offers a 3-mile trail loop for walking and hiking, and you're surrounded by trees, wildlife, and water—no roads, no cars, just pure relaxation.
