The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather used towels Put all used towels in laundry basket in master bedroom or in laundry room. Throw trash away Dumpster is located through garage and right to the gated dumpster area.
Turn things off Insure that all lights are off. Set AC to 84 degrees. Lock up Check both patio doors to insure that they are latched. Lock front door - press lock icon on the digital pad.
Return keys Put FOB and pool keys on kitchen island bar. We've set a small basket for you to put them in. Additional requests Be sure all window and sliding door curtains are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect quiet hours: 9 pm - 8 am
Missing or damaged towels is $20/towel. Missing pool fob replacement will cost you $70. Please place it back in designated basket

Had good communications with Pete before we arrived answering all our questions. Upon arrival the facilities was great had a book of guidelines on the equipment usage explaining settings etcHad one question on the pool and emailed Pete about. Within 10 minutes his assistant called me and within 30 minutes Pete called. We enjoyed it
