When our family goes on vacation, we invest a lot of time looking for the right 'home away from home', where our children, family & friends will have a great time. We look for a place where we feel comfortable and safe, where the children have space to play, and where we adults can enjoy a private pool and some outdoor grilling... these are the reasons we fell in love with Marco Island.

Our home is located on a very private and quiet street. A unique aspect of this property is its proximity to the Marco beach - it is just a short walk, or quick bicycle ride, to the beach. If you prefer to drive to the beach, we are less than a 2 minute drive.

Our home has 2100+ square feet of air-conditioned, flexible living space comprising of four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, gourmet kitchen, new indoor and outdoor furnishings, a heated pool and hot tub. Both adult and child bikes can be easily rented locally, making travel around the island a breeze!

Each bedroom is equipped with it's own TV, and there's a large TV in the living area that's viewable from the comfortable sectional in the living room,, as well as the kitchen. The home has wide floor to ceiling glass doors, which brings the outdoor feeling to the inside.

The indoor kitchen is a delight for any chef or hobby cook. It features quartz counters and high quality appliances. Dining can be inside or outside. Within the enclosed patio, you can also take advantage of the outdoor kitchen, which includes a gas grill, quartz countertops, and sink - enjoy a view of the pool while cooking or dining.

The master bedroom is furnished with a large king size mattress bed, and high quality sheets for a good night’s sleep. It has a large large flat screen TV, two large built in closets, and a modern en-suite bathroom with a double sink, bath tub, and an oversized shower stall. It also features double doors that open onto the patio.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a built in closet, flat screen TV, and access to a bathroom. It also features double doors that open onto the patio.

The third bedroom has twin beds, built-in closet, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom.

Finally, the 'guest' queen bedroom features a queen bed, closet, and is conveniently located next to a half-bath.

A great variety of private outdoor experiences can be found - you can choose to relax on the patio loungers, splash in the pool, or play games while sitting in the comfortable outdoor seating area. The heated pool is ideal for having tons of fun with all of your family and friends.

Additionally our home has a two-car garage. We also provide beach chairs, a cooler, and water toys should you wish to visit the nearby beach.

Our home is located with easy access to all shopping, dining and attraction areas of Marco Island. At the Tigertail beach access you will find a fantastic children’s playground if the children wish to burn off some additional energy.

Within 3 minutes drive of our home you will find Marco Island Golf Club, Tennis Club, Adventure Mini Golf, stores (Publix, Winn Dixie), restaurants, and boating & fishing opportunities. The main road out of Marco Island leads you directly to the Everglades where you can explore nature by visiting an alligator farm or by going on a breathtaking airboat ride.
