The Tucked Away is the very back house. You will walk down the driveway and around the back house. W have solar lights and arrows to help!

What is the parking situation?
There is plenty of free on-street parking.

Is the house a stand alone home?
Yes. It is at the very back of the lot, but it is a stand alone small home.
Is the space wheelchair friendly?
There is a stone and gravel pathway, so it is not situated for wheenchairs.
What is in walking distance (within 1/2 mile)?
Coffee- Flitch, Cabana Club, Sa Ten
Restaurants - Kinda Tropical, Betos, Justines, De Nada, Sawyers, Central Machine Works, Lil Easy

How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. If there are problems with the lock, we can direct you to a physical key.
Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.
Are pets allowed?
We love dogs and love to host but due to allergies, we cannot host pets.
Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows.
Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)
Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.
Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.
Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
Just request through messaging and we can send a money request. Because we have to work around cleaner schedules, we have a charge of 25.00/hour (up to two hours). We love to make it work for people - it is just tricky with scheduling:)
What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!

No Smoking Indoors:
Please keep all smoking outside. We like to keep the air fresh and clean for everyone.
Quiet Hours:
From 10 PM to 7 AM, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum. This helps us be good neighbors and ensures everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Respect the Space:
Please treat the house and everything in it with care. Accidents happen—just let us know if something breaks or goes wrong.
Only Registered Guests:
For everyone’s safety and comfort, please don’t invite unregistered guests to stay over.
Clean Up After Yourself:
We don’t expect you to deep clean, but tidying up after yourself is always appreciated. Dishes, crumbs, and spills especially!
Lock Up:
When you leave the house, please make sure to lock all doors and windows.
Check-out Time:
Check-out is by 11 AM. This gives us time to prepare the space for the next guest.
