This place is great for two people looking to explore East Austin and downtown. We were able to walk to a bunch of cool places (Joe’s, Fleet, etc.) and take quick Ubers downtown. We loved the tea kettle! Outdoor space makes it seem bigger than it actually is!

Very clean, well kept! We enjoyed our stay and the check-in and check-out process was extremely easy. We were able to walk to a ton of things and it is very close to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Only downside is that it was a little warm during the day with the wall unit in the heat of the summer. There was a fan that made the nights cooler and it was still very comfortable to sleep in. We would definitely stay here again!

This little studio was perfect for me. I felt very safe and had so much privacy bc there’s a big privacy fence enclosing the yard and entrance. I was also able to park right there in front of the gate on the street and traffic was minimal. It’s a great location, a friend and I were able to just walk down to 6th street and back. The studio had everything I needed and then some, like good books, tea, honey etc. The space itself is beautiful and very unique, not just some copy/paste grey and white room. Kristina put so much thought into it. Airy, light, boho and minimal. So much natural light during the day bc of the big sky light. I just loved it! Thanks for the hospitality!

Amazing location and perfect spot with everything you need. The gate into the property was a little hard to find but the owner helped me and was very nice about it
