Sea Cliffs is a gulf front, gated townhouse community located on the north end of Cape San Blas adjacent to the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. This community includes a large swimming pool in the center of the neighborhood surrounded by green space ideal for letting the kids run free. This particular unit is located in the gulf front building and has excellent views from all levels of the home.
Simple in design and décor, B-2 is highlighted by its magnificent views. From nearly every room on every floor, the Gulf of Mexico looks as though it is close enough to touch. It almost is, and access to the beach is a breeze with the community boardwalk just steps from the townhouse. The property’s layout is easy to navigate and allows some separation from free time and sleep time with the living level on the main floor, two bedrooms on the second floor, and the master suite standing alone on the top floor.
Cape San Blas is a fantastic destination any time of year. The beach doesn’t get so crowded that you can’t move around; sometimes, you may be the only person down there. Fishing is fantastic, and for those who enjoy taking advantage of the amazing outdoors, there’s endless entertainment from kayaking, paddle boarding, horseback riding on the beach, cycling the Loggerhead Trail, to playing pickleball with friends or building a bonfire at night and roasting s’mores with the family. Floor Plan: ground level – covered, paved parking and laundry room. 1st level – kitchen with a breakfast nook dining, ½ bath and gulf front living room with large flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player and a furnished gulf front balcony. 2nd level – Bedroom 1 – gulf front bedroom with queen bed, small balcony and a full bath with shower/tub combo that connects to Bedroom 2 – 2 twins. 3rd level – Top floor, gulf front master with king bed, gulf front balcony, walk-in closet and master bath with double vanities and shower/tub combo.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. It was clean. The kitchen had all the pots, pans that we needed. The pool was nice. The beach was easy to get to. We will stay here again.

Great location with beach views. First floor has had some renovations but unit needs work. No matching dishes, peeling chair in family room, bathroom vanities paint peeling off, bathroom floors upstairs is old and chipped needs replaced. 3rd floor stayed very warm during day even with a/c running all day. I called and spoke with rental company about concerns. They are independently owned units so they said they would pass along information to owner and take care of maintenance concerns.
The community is really nice and welcoming, however, the condo is terribly outdated for the price. The master bed was broken, bath tub was sagging and the toilet ran constantly. The bed was also uncomfortable. The kitchen lacked pots/pans that were usable. They clearly need replaced since they are all warped. The dishwasher did not work so we handwashed everything. The cabinets looked like they were recently replaced, but was terribly done since none of them actually shut. The linoleum needs replaced. There were broken chairs that had clearly been sitting there a while and just need tossed. Disappointed at the lack of upkeep and the price they are renting.
