Parking:
Free on-site parking for up to one car per reserved unit is available at Ambassador Condominiums on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are uncovered and unassigned. Please note that oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted.

Pet Policies:
This unit allows guests to bring one well-behaved canine family member. Please review the following guidelines, as failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning fees or early termination of stay:
• Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $75 per reservation. A pet waiver will need to be filled out and returned.
• Pet Restrictions: Dog must be under 50 lbs. No more than one dog per reservation.
• Sorry, No Cats: Feline friends must sit this one out.
• Crating: Pets must be crated when left unattended in the unit.
• Furniture: If pets are invited onto furniture or beds, guests must use appropriate covers to protect surfaces.
• Leash Policy: All pets must be leashed in outdoor areas.
• Waste Disposal: No puppy pads. All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of in outdoor receptacles away from the condo.
Other details to note:
This unit is located on the third floor. There is no elevator, so plan for stair access only.
Please dispose of all waste in the designated on-site dumpster. All garbage should be securely bagged before placed in the bin.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
