Renee is an excellent host. The place is super clean and right on the water. We could watch the kids play in the sand from the screened in porch. We were BLOWN AWAY by the complimentary furnishings and toiletries. Ziplock bags, sunscreen, first aid, paper plates, etc. so many things that we didn’t need to pack or go out and buy. Not to mention a plethora of beach chairs, toys, and even a kids life vest and puddle jumper! Renee was easy to communicate with and was able to lend us a pack and play for the baby. We’re already talking about our next trip here!

Beautiful stay! The beach is literally right outside the door. Clean and comfortable property with amenities to make your stay easy and carefree. The beach is well maintained and not crowded. Can't recommend this place enough and definitely plan to come back!

It was great being right on Gem Beach — especially nice for kids with instant access to sand and waves and we loved the unimpeded view. Our rating isn’t higher because the property was very small — walls didn’t go to the ceiling for the 2 bedrooms so limited privacy and noisy if anyone watched TV or chatted, etc. The 2 bedrooms were very tiny with very limited storage — it just felt really cramped for the price. No coffeemaker, just a small coffee pod machine (not adequate for real coffee drinkers!) and the kitchen could have been better stocked with knives and other items. We appreciated the outdoor toys and lawn chairs.
