Welcome to the FoxRun Manor. A 3,500 square foot charming 3 story colonial style manor. This house has beauty and comfort rolled into one and just a few miles from The Blue Ridge Parkway. There are king size bedrooms with a 3rd floor bunkhouse and plenty of space for your comfort. Inside for your pleasure we have a full working kitchen along with 2 dining rooms tables for dining. Kick back and relax on the covered porch to enjoy overlooking a fabulous 14 acre meadow or sit in the private tea room and read a good book. Come enjoy the beauty of Galax at the FoxRun Manor.

Request, during Pool season plan to start a load of happy face pool towels on your last night. Please.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No glass containers in the pool or hot tub area.

Children must be supervised at all times in the pool and hot tub area.

Hot tub is set at 101 degrees upon arrival. If the child is younger than 3 years old it is not recommended that they enter hot tub.

The layout of the bedrooms was not as expected but the home, pool, and hot tub where clean. The host was very pleasant and helpful when we had an issue.

We give the Fox Run in Galax A 10 star review, definitely recommend it for large family gatherings,you will enjoy the spacious home with everything you need,along with a spacious yard for enjoying the campfire,grilling out,large deck with nice table and chairs and a favorite of mine a relaxing hot tub.Nice neighborhood,great host.

Well Stocked ! Hot tub was very clean, Pool was excellent ( very cold, to NO fault of anyone, it was Memorail weekend) we certainly did enjoy it, polar Bear Plunge !! Wifi was excellent!! So much privacy ... sitting on the back porch was so relaxing, we sat out there alot !! Thank you so Very Much Ruth & and Linda!! Will certainly consider returning to your property again if we return to the area !!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at FoxRun Manor. We had 7 adults and 2 kids under the age of 13 and the house was perfect for us - lots of bed space and a large TV room where we could gather to play board games while college football rivalry weekend games aired in the background. We really put the kitchen to the test cooking a full holiday meal consisting of a 12lb turkey and all the sides. We had everything we needed at our finger tips. FoxRun Manor has a huge fenced in back yard which provided ample space for our dog to run and play. Being late November we were unable to use the pool, but would certainly consider renting again in the summer months to enjoy full use of the property. Lastly, you can look long and hard, but you would be hard-pressed to find a more gracious and communicative host than Ruth. She made the whole process so easy. Not only did she work with us on check in / check out, but her knowledge of the area, and similar recommendations, saved us lots of time. We took her suggestions and ran with them. So glad we did.

What is not to love! Beautiful mountains, and peaceful rolling hills, meadows and nature. The private FoxRun Manor has it all. I loved the place from the start.

The FoxRun Manor is a kids dream house! Hidden room, indoor ladder, hidden fire pole and a pool, hot tub and a fire pit to toast marshmallows. The individual attention to details of a welcome box to make you feel you are important and expected. A kitchen stocked with everything you might need to entertain your guests like you would in your own home. Now that’s unique!
