Our above-ground pool is shared between units, open year-round, and is not heated. Please feel free to inquire if you have any questions.

This coastal retreat has been fully updated and renovated into a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with an attached studio apartment. This listing is for the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom “Side A” unit only.

Upon arrival, you’ll park and enter through the main entrance. Inside, you’re welcomed into a beautifully updated kitchen featuring shaker-style cabinets and all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, stove with overhead range hood, and all the essentials for preparing and serving meals. The kitchen offers four barstools at the counter, as well as an eat-in dining area that flows seamlessly into the living room.

The open-concept layout makes it easy to gather and entertain. The living area includes a sofa bed, coffee table, end tables with lamps, and a 50” Roku TV. Throughout the home, you’ll notice high-end finishes, original terrazzo floors, and spa-like floor-to-ceiling tiled walk-in showers.

The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, nightstands with lamps, and a bench at the foot of the bed. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, nightstands, lamps, and a luggage rack. The third bedroom offers two twin beds with a shared nightstand.

Please note: The pool receives weekly professional maintenance and cleaning. Service visits are brief and will not disrupt your stay; however, technicians will need access to the yard and pool area on the scheduled service day. Thank you for your understanding!

Good, not great. House was quiet and in a good location— less than 15 minutes from downtown. The house was not as clean as I would have expected. The floors were dirty and the baseboards under the kitchen had some dead spiders on them. The house had everything we needed, but didn’t knock our socks off.

Affordable and clean property

Clean and spacious. Relatively close to the beach and to downtown Savannah. Fairly quiet location. Nice to have a yard for those with dogs. Some very mild superficial issues with cabinet pulls etc but nothing important. Would certainly stay again.
