The vrbo part of checking in was a little cumbersome as we had to check into the site to communicate with the owner. Owner communicated well.

One of the absolute cleanest places we’ve ever stayed! It both smelled clean and was clean! The Overlook was spacious & thoughtfully planned out. Comfy and firm bed slept like a dream. The couch was also cozy & sizable. Brit was an excellent communicator & we never waited for more than a few minutes for a response. Some of the communication didn’t work well on a mobile device, so you may need a computer.

Hi, We’re so sorry your trip was cut short due to a personal emergency. Even though it was outside our standard policy, we refunded a large portion of your stay to help. We’d love to understand why you felt the experience was a 2/10, as we strive to provide the best for every guest. Warmly, Britt & Dustin
