I live on the property most of the year, but decided to let some snowbirds enjoy it during the winter months

Why they chose this property

I moved here for the white sand beaches, the amazing sunsets , and all the watersports nearby.

What makes this property unique

Our beachfront property is unique because it’s right across the street from The Fish-Tale Marina and Freedom boat club ((where I work)! There’s also a CVS and other coffee shops and restaurants right across the street in the only shopping center on Fort Myers Beach!
