A convenient and spacious FIRST floor ONE BEDROOM unit facing the Gulf of MEXICO on beautiful Fort Myers Beach known for its white powder sand. Great sunsets Location, location, location! The Creciente Condo is located directly across the street from the Santini Mall that has everything from restaurants, post office, drug store and shops. Catch a trolly to Times Square all directly across the street.

First floor convenience for dropping off groceries and walking to the beach!

Condo has been updated in May 2025 with stone flooring, new stainless Kitchen Aid appliances, new white shaker kitchen cabinets, new floor to ceiling sliding doors and fresh paint. Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen. Full size Maytag washer and dryer. Wi-fi and a new 70 inch smart TV. Large TV in main bedroom also

Everything is provided for your comfort including all linens, pillows, beach towels. All closets and dressers are empty so there is plenty of room to put your belongings for your extended stay.

This unit is approximately 1100 sq ft.without the extended wrap around lanai.
KING size comfy bed in the bedroom and a
New Queen size Lazy Boy sofa in the living area with a high-end pull-out queen size air mattress for extra guests. Cleanliness is a priority. Coolers, beach chairs and umbrella are there to enjoy the beach.

Retired flight attendant from Minnesota. Even though I have traveled extensively, I have found that Fort Myers Beach area is a favorite vacation spot of mine. The white sand beaches are as white and soft as anywhere I've traveled.

The lanai for relaxing 'at home' rather than out on the town from time-to-time is special--especially when watching the gorgeous sunsets.
