The host was very easy to speak with anytime I had to reach out! The condo was most definitely clean and well equipped for our vacation! The heated pool was a nice touch during the day as well.

Thank you to Nicolas and Tara for making our stay easy, relaxing and feeling like we were at home. The ground of the Avalon were beautiful and quiet. The pool was easy to get to and it being salt water allowed me to enjoy it. The condo matched the pictures perfectly and was clean and we felt completely at home. We had no issues with anything it was very enjoyable stay. We look forward to future stays with you. Thank you for accommodating our needs it truly meant a lot. Thank you Alana and Phil

The condo was a cute beach themed space. It was really clean and had lots of amenities. Large enough space for a family of 4. Great location between Tampa and Clearwater beach side. The hosts were awesome! Fabulous communication throughout and gave great food recommendations. The pool was perfect - nicely heated and never to busy. The pull out is not comfortable at all. And there is no hot tub, but an awesome heated pool. Disappointed the clubhouse closed at 3 every day as we wanted to go in there in the evenings to play games. The gym was under repair for most of the time we were there.
