The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
pre approved pets only, $100 non refundable pet fee Return all indoor/outdoor furniture to original location including paddle boards,kayaks,paddles
Clean grill,place cover on, ensure propane turned off. Do not leave water vessels on dock or in water overnight unattended. Water vessels must remain on property. Pre approved dog allowed only.
Pets not allowed on furniture No wet dogs allowed in home $100 non refundable pet fee required Non disclosure of any pet on premises at any time, for any reason, will result in an automatic eviction
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Let us know if something is damaged or broken upon arrival or during stay, we will do our best to fix the problem. Smoking indoors is not allowed.

Very cozy and very clean! Tons of amenities and the house is tucked in and private! The main spring river is just a paddle away! And the host is very communicative and quick to respond ! If my family is in town I am going to recommend this house for sure !

100% Amazing stay! What a great place to spend our Thanksgiving holliday with family and friends. The place was beautiful inside and out, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving feast. Our host was wonderful; we had trouble with the outdoor lighting and he came out to help on a holliday weekend, much appreciated! Perfect location on the river for kayaking.

We had such a magical stay at this super cozy home loaded with everything you need for the perfect vacay at the springs! The host was most accommodating, extremely responsive and helpful. There are many water vessels available to get to the main river within minutes. Once home we had the water mat, huge raft, games, and amazing food on the pellet smoker! At night the lights at the home gave this place a fantastic evening vibe for relaxing after long days on the water. My favorite amenity was the incredible outdoor shower! This place is full of WOW, thanks for hosting us, we will be back!
