Rio Mar Golf & Beach Villa

This golf course front villa at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort & Spa is a great beach vacation place. It is ground level with direct access to fairways and cart paths. Great for kids to run around and play.

The villa is fully furnished to accommodate up to 6 guests. It provides 24hr. security, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and parking lot and access to the beach.

The villa has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a very comfortable terrace and an open patio. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a queen-size futon and a full bathroom. The second room has a full-size bed, and the third room has one set of bunkbeds, and a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Guest will have access to the villa, ice and laundry room and playground for kids at Cluster. There are many dinning possibilities inside the complex or within a 5-20min drive. Very close by shopping opportunity at The Outlets, or go on a 30min drive to Old San Juan, San Juan.

Villa has all the amenities that you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. You can enjoy the beach and many other activities close by, including El Yunque National Rainforest, the bioluminescent bay, and many other very fun activities.

Wonderful stay

We had a beautiful week at this villa. It provided just enough room for my family of 5. We enjoyed having use of the golf cart to go to the beach and pool. We were able to enjoy many parts of the island and loved the catamaran tour. We liked Luquillo Kiosks for authentic food. The host of this property was easy to communicate with.

Good area, nice property

Patio seating and dining area was wonderful and the master be/bath combination comfortable. The other rooms-- not used by us-- seemed a little cramped for adults. The kitchen was OK, though as with most VRBO places, not really great for those who like to cook. Quirky fans and hot water worked to keep things comfortable with little resort to AC. Lots of stairs to get in and out, and even with the aging golf cart it was a bit of a challenge to get to the beach and pool. Netflix was a plus with the TV, but sports fans will be disappointed.

Peaceful Golf Villa

This is a very quiet 3 bedroom villa directly on the golfcourse at Wyndham RioMar. It is set back a little from the closest hole so there is plenty of privacy. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside patio is stunning and a great place to unwind. Golf cart was very helpful and appreciated. I'm pretty sure you could rent an extra from thre golf club, but we didn't need it. The main hotel is a few minute golfcart ride away or a 20 minute walk. The pool for the villas is a similar distance. There is a restaurant practically right next door in the golf/ tennis club. Convenient to lots of restaurants, El Yunque, Fajardo, San Juan. Overall great stay.

Great oasis / family friendly

I took my kids and my daughters beat friend on vacation as a sweet 16 celebration. We stayed at Etienne’s villa on the premise of the Wyndham Del Mar golf resort. They villa is nestled on the top of a hill with beautiful views. The inside was clean and nicely kept. Our stay was relaxing, adventurous and as the kid’s said aweeeesome. I will definitely keep Etienne’s villa on my recurring list. Etienne we will absolutely rent your villa again in the near future. Thank you for the hospitality.

Beautiful Location

This was our first VRBO experience, great location, the villa far exceeded our needs. Great communication with the owner. The location of the villa overlooking the golf course, short walk to the clubhouse and access to the beach unbeatable.

An amazing stay with a great host!!

This villa was equipped with everything that one might need for vacation plus more!!! Literally this was home away from home for us for our stay. Etienne was very attentive and responsive to all calls and text. The staff and neighbors was great and very helpful. It was a very comfortable Villa it was equipped with everything you will need. All you need to do is bring your clothing. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen. The golf cart to go back-and-forth to the beach and the Wyndham which you can do and use all the amenities is amazing. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year

Spring break 2019

I would HIGHLY recommend this beach get away Vila! My family of 6 stayed here for one week over spring break. We had all the comforts we needed! Our four children each had their own bed to sleep in , in addition to the king size master bedroom. Two full baths and a half bath. Etienne made our stay so smooth and was always so quick to respond to my text messages. He was very helpful with any questions we had. The Vila was very clean upon arrival with a bowl of fresh fruit welcoming us. Beach towels and linens provided. Laundry room and free ice. The golf cart that came complimentary with the Vila was ready and filled with gas .. this was awesome for getting around the windham grounds. The cluster one beach pool was clean and on the weekend had a grill and bar that was open. We ate at several of the hotel restaurants including margharitaville . The hotel restaurants were a short 5 minute golf cart ride .. we were able to park right outside the entrance . Two large double doors from the family room opened up to a HUGE patio area that had two couches , chairs , hammock and patio dining table and chairs . It was extremely private and quiet and sits right on the beautiful ocean golf course which we played and enjoyed ! I can’t say enough about this wonderful Vila treasure ! We would definitely stay again! ❤️

Fantastic

This was our third time staying at the Rio Mar Clusters and they never disappoint me. Their villas are all exceptional, and safe. My favorite thing about staying there is the privacy. We usually visit in late February, and most of the adjacent units are vacant when we are there. This creates a very peaceful environment to relax in. The beach is a short and fun golf cart ride away from the villa. In my opinion, the beach is one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico. The beach is long and wide and clean. Once in the water, it gradually gets deeper and doesn't get over your head until you are over a hundred yards from the beach. You don't have to worry about sea urchins like you do over in Rincon, or coral reefs. When you get out of the water, the fresh water swimming pool, outdoor shower and restrooms are just a few steps away. All very clean and private. We will be back here again for sure!

Etienne was very accommodating and he met us when we got there. Rio Mar is a great place to go with spectacular golf, beach and pool. There were a lot of stairs but the villa was accesible through the patio so my parents did not have to use the stairs.

Besides the cosines that the Mediterranean architecture and home-feel decoration provides, this villa has direct access to a great big and spacious patio surrounding the Golf course's fairways and cart paths. It has access yo the beach with secured parking space inside the complex.
