For a quick one or two nights this studio is fine. The location is next to a vape store, which seems to populate the area (just for your reference). Otherwise the location was good for what I needed. Areas to work on: housekeeping (used coffee pods in the machine and damp towels/bedding in the dryer). Also, the instructions for the trash made no sense at all, so just updating this language to explain the process. It's also highly unlikely that you can ask someone to be there between 6:30 and 8:30 in the evening to take out the trash?
